A $10 per visit or $20 per overnight gratuity is added for services provided on a holiday. A deposit is required for holiday service. Please make sure to review our Cancellation Policy regarding holiday service.

Cancellations

To avoid a cancellation fee, please adhere to the following conditions

Weekday service

Cancellation made after 5:30pm the business day (Monday-Friday) before the service date, or on the service date, half rate applies for that day's service.

Weekend service

Cancellation made after 5:30pm on the Friday before the weekend, half rate applies.

Holiday service

A deposit is required for holiday service. Cancellation must be made by 9am five (5) business days before start of service, or the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation after service has begun, the full rate applies. Holiday reservation are those where any day of the entire service booking falls on a holiday.

Extended service

Cancellation for any service of more than seven (7) days must be made by 9am five (5) business days before start of service, or 50% of the full rate applies. Cancellation after service has begun, the full rate applies.

Cancellation

A note regarding cancellations. When I confirm a service request, I have blocked that time for you. When you cancel, I charge a cancellation fee to compensate for the lost work that I could have been assigned elsewhere.
